Show Racism The Red Card Competition

The Show Racism the Red Card (SRtRC) competition is a unique opportunity to demonstrate commitment to equality and tackling racism. Entrants are encouraged to think about racism and produce a piece of work in any of the listed catagories that has a positve anti-racism message. The winners are invited to a special awards ceremony at a Premier League Stadium, with prizes presented by special guests including current and former professional footballers.

All entries must include an anti-racism theme, the catogories are:

  • Artwork - must not exceed A3 Size template required (297mm x420mm)
  • Creative writing
  • Film – less than 6 mins. Must be playable in Windows Media Player
  • Music – less than 5 mins. MP3/MP4 format. Include a short description of the inspiration behind the music 50-100 words.
  • Design a Football Boot – template required, outstep and instep. The design may be featured in the most popular football video game. You can find the template here
  • Design a T-Shirt - template required, front and back of T-shirt. You can find the template here

One entry, per category, per school*. Group entries limited to 6 students

CLOSING DATE: 23 February 2026

Submit entries to Mrs T Thomas or Mr Abakah-Philips in-person or through ClassCharts

*Student vote may be required if multiple entries received for each category.
