Inspiring The Shoe Designers Of The Future

We loved having Sarah Day, Course Leader BA Hons Cordwainers Footwear from the London College of Fashion (part of the University of the Arts) talking to our D & T Fashion & Textiles students. She talked about how this fantastic footwear design course equips students for the modern workplace through a mix of creative, practical, academic and business skills.

Students also had the opportunity to try out their shoe design skills for baby shoes and trainers. We wonder if any of our students will be inspired to follow in the footsteps of London College of Fashion's alumni network which includes Jimmy Choo, Dr Martens, Paul Smith, Sophia Webster and Vivienne Westwood?
