Students Shortlisted In Planetary Competition

Two students, Hayley Amor and Harry Au, have been shortlisted in a competition run by Planetary and will be in with a chance of seeing their poems or visual art published in a planet-celebrating anthology 'Words and Pictures for your World'.

The competition is being supported by Cecilia Knapp, the Young People's Laureate, and Isabella Tree, the famous environmentalist and author of the best-selling book Wilding, who are providing an entry and foreword respectively for the anthology.

Geography teacher, Craig Ritson, said: "Planetary are now asking for people to cast their votes for the students' competition entries. Please help Hayley and Harry to succeed by voting for them on the Planetary website."  You can find the Planetary website here.

Closing date for voting is 5pm on 1st October.
