School trips broaden and enrich the experiences of all pupils. Trips have included MFL excursions to Spain and Germany, History trips to the Battlefields, and Art trips to Kew Gardens.
The school also participates in the World Challenge programme with pupils having explored far away destinations such as Mozambique, Mongolia and Peru.
Closer to home, curriculum areas seek to widen experiences beyond the classroom, with groups taking part in activity weeks at Longrigg in Cumbria, and residential retreats at Buckden. There is also a thriving Duke of Edinburgh Award Scheme.
