Training School
In April 2003 we became a Training school, providing well qualified and highly trained teachers is at the heart of our work as a Specialist Training School. As a Training School, we have been identified as a centre of excellence for providing training and development. At St. Paul's, we are innovatively leading the way in staff recruitment, training and development for staff in our own school and staff in other schools through our collaborative outreach work. The work of the Training School is underpinned by a commitment to enhancing the quality of pupil learning at St. Paul's.
St. Paul's, as a Training School, works with a range of providers, such as University of Bedfordshire, Oxford Brookes, the Open University, Sweltec, Warwick University and iTeach. We do not sponsor individuals through the GTP route but work closely with University of Bedfordshire and if you are interested in following the GTP route you should apply through them for the next academic year.
